Disposable Filter and Face Masks Technological requirements, legislative pressures and last but not least a growing environmental concern by the population have lead to substantial improvements in particle filtration during the last past years. When evaluation the air quality in a work place is more important than temperature and relative moisture the concentration of harmful particles , which are occurring in the following production processes : brushing, grinding, dealings with powder materials.
The ranges of harmful particles are very wide from iron, oxides, ceramic, different organic particles, wood, pigments, colours, cereals, flour and other particles in food industry. The harmless of each particle vary on a health.

Kofil Masks for Personal Protection are :
Mask Kofil FMR Is the basic mask used for the protection against bigger particles and non toxic and non agressive dust with size of more than 4 microns. Mask is suited to be used for max. of 8 working hours.
Mask Kofil FMR-89 (FF P1) This mask is to be used for the protection against the fine dust with the prticle size of over 0,4 microns (calcium carbonate, startch, celulose...) It is tested according to the standard DIN 58645 - tested by BIA in Germany. To be used for max of 8 working hours with the dust concentrations which are max. 5 times above the alloved.
Mask Kofil FMR-90 C Is protecting against the unplesant odours and organic smells, sovents and rough inert dust with size of more than 4 microns. It is used only in the case when the concntration of the dusts in the air is within the limitations of allowed dusts MAK. In this case the mask is preventing the harmful effects of those substances. It is to be used for max. 8 working hours or up to the limit when user does not feel contamination through the mask.
